Xylocaine, Lidocaine HCl 2%, 1:50k Epinephrine, 50/pk

Xylocaine by Dentsply is used to provide anesthesia for both infiltration and nerve block techniques.

• Rapid onset duration is less than 2 minutes (infiltration); 2-4 minutes (nerve block)
• Soft tissue anesthesia lasting 2.5 hours (infiltration) to 3.25 hours (nerve block)
• Average pulpal anesthesia of at least 60 minutes (infiltration) & 90 minutes (nerve block)
• 1:50k epi is recommended in situations where hemostasis is required
• Free from natural rubber latex
