ClinAide asks for license numbers (dental, medical, etc.)  for the sale of items requiring its provision (such as anesthetics). It is recommended to add this to your account prior to ordering to prevent any delays in delivery.

ClinAide gathers traffic patterns and site usage information to improve the design and layout of the site and personalize your shopping experience. None of this information can be used to determine the identity of any user.

Third-party automated collection and personalized advertising

ClinAide participates in personalized advertising. We use third-party advertising companies to display ads tailored to your individual interests based on how you browse and shop online. ClinAide adheres to the self-regulatory principles for personalized advertising.

We allow third-party companies to collect certain information when you visit our websites. This information is used to serve ads for ClinAide products when you visit this website or other websites. These companies use non-personally-identifiable information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, hardware/software information, cookie and session ID) and personally identifiable information (e.g., static IP address) during your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. User experience information

In order to improve your online shopping experiences, help with fraud identification and assist our customer relations representatives in resolving issues you may experience, we use tools to monitor certain user experience information; including login information, IP address, data regarding pages visited and ads clicked, specific actions taken on pages visited (e.g. information submitted in product searches) and browser information.

ClinAide engages with customers on multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn). Your interactions with us are governed by this privacy policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform you use.

Social media ads

We may display targeted ads to you through social media platforms. These ads are sent to groups of people who share traits, such as likely commercial interests and demographics. For example, we may target customers who have expressed an interest in shopping for dental supplies. We do not share any of your personal information, including your shopping history, with social media platforms. Information from other sources

We collect data that’s publicly available. For example, information you submit in a public forum (e.g., a blog, chat room or social network) can be read, collected or used by us and others, and could be used to personalize your experience. How does ClinAide protect user information?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

How do you access & update your personal information?

ClinAide.com gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with the Site for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. 

If you have created a ClinAide.com account, you can log in to review and update your account information, including contact, billing, shipping, and licensing information. 

What choices do you have?

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of such ClinAide features as Customer Reviews and Clinic Lists.

You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referenced above.

If you don't want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your . (If you don't want to receive Terms of Service and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, those notices still will govern your use of ClinAide, and it's your responsibility to review them for changes.)
